The Cork AUL side went ahead on 26 minutes with a George Kenny header from a Mark Nolan cross. Thurles Town were luckless not to get back level before the break. The NT&amp;DL team upped the ante in the second half and levelled it up with twenty minutes remaining when Adrian Croke was on target. Extra time failed to produce a winner, so it was down to a penalty shoot out to decide the outcome where the visitors prevailed on a 4-3 score line. The penalty scorers for Blarney were Ivan Skillighan, Barry O&#8217;Donovan, Anthony Magee and Trevor Hallay while Tom Brophy, Robbie Jordan and Padraig Fogarty were on the mark for Thurles Town.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Premier Division League<br \/>\n<\/b>Sallypark recorded the result of the weekend with a 2-1 win over highflying Nenagh AFC. Chances were far and few between in the opening half as it finished stalemate at the midway stage. Nenagh AFC took the lead three minutes after the restart with a converted penalty. The home side pegged it back level in the 65<sup>th<\/sup> minute courtesy of a Gearoid Connors finish. A tight finish ensued, however Willie Keogh netted what proved to be the winner with fifteen minutes left to play.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lough Derg took maximum points on a 3-1 scoreline against Rearcross last Sunday at the Clarisford Park venue. Dermot McCarthy set the hosts on their way, however Rearcross got it back level before the break with a cracking header from Simon Kennedy. Lough Derg showed strongly after the break and raced in to a 3-1 lead with a second strike from Dermot McCarthy before Christy Monaghan netted an opportunist goal to seal the win.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BT Harps scored twice in the final ten minutes to salvage an unlikely point against Cloughjordan last Sunday. The sides were scoreless at the break, however the home team pushed ahead with goals from PJ O\u2019Brien on 55 minutes before Mike Costello extended the lead on 70 minutes. BT Harps came storming back with strikes from Christy Moore and Sean McCormack to leave it honours even at the full time whistle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nenagh Celtic claimed the plaudits against Moneygall on a 6-4 score line. Mark Walsh was the main man for the Hoops netting four in the process while Stephen Flynn and Danny Ryan also rattled the net.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>First Division League<br \/>\n<\/b>Clodiagh Rangers were 5-3 winners over Clonmore in Drombane, Paul Doyle and Mark Quinlan netted a brace apiece to add to their impressive tallies for the season while Gareth Foxton was also on the scoresheet for the winners. The Clonmore marksmen were Michael Delahunty, Tommy Fahy and Dinny Deegan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Borrisokane \u2018A\u2019 kept the pressure on in the promotion race with a comprehensive 4-2 win over Nenagh Celtic \u2018B\u2019. John Butler and John Doyle chipped in with a brace a piece to leave the away side with a 4-1 advantage at the midway stage, Lee Mitchell and Liam O\u2019Meara scored the Nenagh Celtic goals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Borroway Rovers pushed league leaders Nenagh AFC \u2018B\u2019 all the way before losing out by the odd goal in seven. A Dylan Walsh double hit coupled with strikes from Jamie Finn and Trevor Morrissey made up the Nenagh AFC tally while Al O\u2019Brien, Seamus Woodlock and Damien Grimes scored for Borroway Rovers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arra Rovers welcomed Kilcommon to Portroe for this league fixture with the home team emerging victorious on a narrow 4-3 score line. Arra led one nil at the break thanks to a Cathal O\u2019Brien penalty, Kilcommon were fast out of the traps in the second half hitting three on the trot, first up was Tom Hickey with a long range volley and then a quick fire brace from Eamon Naughton including a penalty stretched it to 3-1. However, Arra Rovers turned in a strong finish hitting a hat-trick of goals through Kevin O\u2019Halloran, Chris O\u2019Riordan and Justin Conroy to clinch a dramatic win.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Roscrea United \u2018A&#8217; had too much firepower for Ardcroney on a seven goals to two scoreline last Sunday, the league title contenders led 4-2 at the break and ran out conformable winners in the second half. Paul Farrell and Pat McLoughney with the Ardcroney goal getters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Second Division League<br \/>\n<\/b>BT Harps \u2018B\u2019 were five nil winners over Clodiagh Rangers \u2018B\u2019 in Templemore on Sunday afternoon. Paul Tuohy was the key man for the winners netting four in the process while an own goal made up the tally for the Templemore side.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">League Leaders Streamstown Celtic were pushed all the way by Templetuohy before eventually claiming the win on a narrow one nil scoreline. The only goal of the tie came in the 5<sup>th<\/sup> minute when Gary Kenneally scored from the spot after good work by Shane Moloney down the left, Templetuohy battled gallantly to get back on par but it finished one nil in favour of the table toppers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nenagh AFC \u2018B\u2019 claimed the plaudits against Portumna Town on a 2-1 score line at the away venue on Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Third Division League<br \/>\n<\/b>Borrisokane \u2018B\u2019 trekked to Glenbane for a league fixture against Holycross \u2018B\u2019 and made the journey worthwhile with a 2-1 win over the home team. Ian Quigley edged the visitors ahead in the 53th minute with a well taken goal. A luckless Holycross outfit conceded an own goal on 73 minutes to leave Borrisokane with a comfortable win in the end.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gurtagarry were 3-1 winners against Clodiagh Rangers \u2018C\u2019 at the Drombane venue. An own goal gave the visitors the lead shortly before the break. It was two nil ten minutes in to the second half thanks to a Dinny Corcoran finish. Clodiagh pulled one back through Colm Kennedy, however Gurtagarry ran out comfortable winners when Billy Corcoran converted from the spot after David Nolan was taken down with eight minutes left on the clock.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>NT&amp;DL Tipperary Cup<br \/>\n<\/b>Noreside Celtic progressed in the Tipperary Cup with a 4-2 win over Lough Derg \u2018B\u2019. A Tommy Porter brace in addition to strikes from Jason Quinlivan and Prionsias Matthews made up the Noreside tally while Donal Whelan and Mark McInerney replied for Lough Derg.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Roscrea United \u2018B\u2019 secured passage in the Tipperary Cup against Sallypark \u2018B\u2019 on a 4-2 score line. Leo McKenna and James McCormack were the Sallypark marksmen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Youths Cup<br \/>\n<\/b>Lough Derg Youths were at home to Rearcross Youths and booked their place in the semi-finals with a 3-1 win over Rearcross Youths. The Ballina \/ Killaloe got in front when Jamie Stuart\u2019s long ball over the top was taken down by Marco Federico who slotted home on the fifteen minute mark. It was two nil to the hosts when good approach play involving Seamus Monaghan and Marco Federico saw the latter finish to the net. Rearcross were left with an uphill battle when Jamie Stuart converted from the spot after Marco Federico was fouled by the visiting custodian. Patrick Carey snatched a late consolation goal for Rearcross with ten minutes remaining.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Clodiagh Rangers Youths made it through to the last eight with a narrow 4-3 over Nenagh Celtic at the Nenagh VEC venue on Saturday afternoon. Brendan Larkin and Niall Grant scored a brace apiece while Paul Walsh also scored twice for Nenagh Celtic, a Jamie Kelly spot kick made up the count for the home team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BT Harps secured their semi-final spot with a comprehensive six nil victory over Arra Rovers in Templemore last Saturday.
